St James Church
St James Church was opened on April 15th 1860, at the heart of the village, with the original Wollaston St James’s School next door.
Family Services – Every 1st & 3rd Sunday in the month – 9.30am
Weekly Holy Communion Services are held every Thursday morning at 10am
The pupils from our school regularly visit the church to participate in worship and use it as a curriculum resource. The school continue to be closely involved with the church, providing a 2 page item for the parish magazine from each class in turn each month. A member of staff is on the PCC and the school contributes regularly to the family worship at 9.30am on the first Sunday of the month.
