Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE) and Relationship, Sex Education (R.S.E)

At St James’s CE Primary School, Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE) prepares our children for the future ahead of them by enabling them to become healthy, independent and responsible members of society. Following the Jigsaw curriculum, we aim to help them understand how they are developing personally and socially whilst comprehending the moral, social and cultural issues that they will encounter as part of growing up. We provide opportunities for them to learn about rights and responsibilities and appreciate what it means to be a member of a diverse society.
